ཨ་འབྲུག་དཔའ་བོའི་གད་རྒྱངས།

“Looking at life from the standpoint of self-ignorance is sansara, the world. Looking at life from the standpoint of self-knowing is sannyas.

“Therefore, whenever someone says to me that he has taken sannyas, the whole thing seems very false to me. This ‘taking’ of sannyas creates the impression that it is an antagonistic act against the world. Can sannyas be taken? Can anyone say he has ‘taken’ knowing? And will any knowing that is taken like that be true knowing? A sannyas that is taken is not sannyas.

“You cannot put a cloak of truth around you. Truth has to be awakened within you. Sannyas is born. It comes through understanding, and in that understanding we go on being transformed. As our understanding changes, our outlook changes and our behavior is transformed without any effort. The world stays where it is, but sannyas is gradually born within us. Sannyas is the awareness that ‘I am not only the body, I am also the soul.’ With this knowing, the ignorance and attachment inside us drops away. The world was outside and it will still continue to be there, but inside us there will be the absence of attachment to it. In other words, there will be no world, no sansara inside us.”

ཨ་འབྲུག་དཔའ་བོའི་གད་རྒྱངས།
བོད་གསོན་པོར་གནས་པ་དེ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་དྲིན་ཡིན། བེ་རི་དཔལ་ལྡན་རྣམ་རྒྱལ།
མདུན་ལྗོངས་སྒྱུ་མའི་ལྟད་མོ་མ་གཏོགས་རྒྱབ་ལྗོངས་གནས་ལུགས་མི་ཤེས་པའི།།
སྤྱི་ཚོགས་རལ་པོ་ཆུང་ཆུང་འདིའི་ནང་དྲང་བདེན་སྒྲོག་ས་མེད་ན་ཡང་།།
ལོ་རྒྱུས་རྙིང་མའི་ཡིག་ཚང་ནང་ནས་བདེན་པའི་རང་མདངས་འཚེར་བ་ཡི།།
བསྟན་སྲུང་དཔའ་བོའི་མཛད་རྗེས་དྲན་དུས་སེམས་ཀྱི་སྤོབས་པ་སླར་ཡང་འབར།།

མགོ་བོ་མཁྲེགས་པོ་གཟན་གྱིས་བཏུམས་ཏེ་ཡིག་ཚང་རྙིང་པའི་བང་མཛོད་བསྔོགས།།
ཨིན་བོད་ལོ་རྒྱུས་དེབ་ཐེར་ཀུན་ནས་ཨ་འབྲུག་དཔའ་བོའི་མཚན་སྙན་གསལ།།
ཁ་ཆར་བུ་ཡུག་འཚུབ་པའི་སྲུབ་ནས་ངེས་དོན་དཔའ་བོའི་རྐང་རྗེས་འབུམ།།
གངས་དཀར་རི་བོའི་སུལ་དུ་སྤར་བ་ནམ་ཡང་ཟུབ་ཏུ་ཡོད་མ་ཡིན།།

ཕྱི་དང་ནང་གི་རླུང་འཚུབ་ཅིག་གིས་གངས་དཀར་རི་བོ་སྤུར་བའི་སྐབས།།
ཀོང་པོ་ཉིང་ཁྲིར་ལྟེ་ཁྲག་འཕོས་པའི་ཨུ་བྷེ་དཔའ་བོའི་རྗེས་བསྙེགས་པའི།།
རལ་གྲི་ཁ་སྤྲོད་དམག་དར་འོག་ནས་ལ་རྒྱའི་དཔུང་པ་ཕྱིར་ངོམས་ཏེ།།
དགྲ་དམག་སྟོང་གི་སྲོག་རྩ་བཅད་པའི་དཔའ་བོའི་ཕོ་ཤེད་དོན་ལ་གནས།།

ལྷགས་རླུང་འཚུབ་མའི་ཡོ་ལང་འོག་ནས་ལོ་ཟླའི་ཕྲེང་བ་འཁོར་བའི་མཚམས།།
གང་ཁྱོད་གཤེགས་པའི་ཤུལ་ལམ་དེད་ནས་ཐལ་རྡུལ་ཆག་པའི་དེབ་ཐེར་མཇལ།།
དེབ་ཐེར་དམར་པོའི་ཁོག་པའི་སྦུབས་ནས་དཔའ་བོའི་གཟི་འོད་ལྷམ་མེར་འབར།།
དཔའ་བོ་ཁྱོད་ཉིད་སེམས་སུ་དྲན་ནས་རྗེས་དྲན་ཞུ་འབོད་འདི་ཐལ་སོང་།།

དེང་གི་དུས་སུ་མི་བུ་ཕལ་ཆེར་རི་གཟར་ངོས་སུ་གཡང་རྒྱུགས་རྩེན།།
དྲིན་ལ་དྲིན་དུ་ཤེས་མཁན་མེད་ཅིང་དེ་ལ་དགྲ་ཡི་འདུ་ཤེས་འཛིན།།
གངས་ཅན་བོད་ལ་སྲོག་དབུགས་སྦྱིན་པའི་བོད་ཀྱི་དཔའ་བོ་ཁྱོད་རྣམས་ལ།།
སྙིང་གི་མཐིལ་ནས་རྗེས་དྲན་ཞུ་མཁན་ཁོ་བོ་ཅག་ལས་མེད་འདི་སྐྱོ།།

ནམ་མཁའི་ལྷ་ལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་མེད་ཀྱང་སྤྱན་རས་གསལ་ཙམ་ཡོད་གྱུར་ན།།
བསྟན་སྲུང་ཚོགས་ལ་རྟོགས་པ་མེད་ཀྱང་ཐུགས་རིས་དྭངས་ཙམ་ཡོད་གྱུར་ན།།
བོད་ཀྱི་དཔའ་བོས་རང་སྲོག་བཏང་ནས་མཛད་རྗེས་གངས་ལ་བཞག་པ་དེར།།
མགོ་ནག་མི་ཡིས་བརྙས་ཤིང་སྤྱོས་ཀྱང་གང་ཁྱོད་ཐུགས་ལས་མ་བོར་ཅིག།།

ཁྱེད་ལ་དགའ་བའི་བུ་རྒོད་དག་གིས་དེ་རིང་ཁྱེད་ལ་རྗེས་དྲན་ཞུ།།
བོད་ལ་དུང་བའི་གཞོན་སྐྱེས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དེ་རིང་ཁྱེད་ལ་གུས་འདུད་ཞུ།།
རྩ་ལོས་བཏུམ་པའི་དུར་སའི་མཁྲིས་ནས་གང་ཁྱོད་དྲན་པའི་གདུང་འབོད་ཤོར།།
བོད་འདི་ཆག་འཇིག་མ་སོང་བར་དུ་གང་ཁྱེད་རྗེས་དྲན་ཞུ་ངེས་ཡིན།།

ཞག་དང་ཟླ་བའི་འཁོར་ལོ་བསྐོར་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས།།
ལོ་ཡི་རི་མོ་ཐོད་དུ་བབ་པ་ན།།
དགའ་བའི་འཛུམ་གྱིས་བསུ་ལས་ཐབས་ཅི་ཞིག།།

སྒྱུ་མའི་བསླུ་བྲིད་རྒོད་པའི་འདུ་འཛིའི་འོག།།
དུས་ཚོད་དུས་ཀྱིས་ཟས་ཀྱིས་ཕངས་སེམས་དང་།།
དུས་ཆེན་དུས་ཀྱིས་བསུ་བའི་དགའ་སྣང་ཁྲོད།།
གྲྭ་རྐྱང་སེམས་པ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གནས་མ་ཐུབ།།

ལག་གིས་བྲིས་པའི་དཀར་ནག་རི་མོ་འབུམ།།
འཁྱར་འཁྱོར་རྐང་གིས་བསུབ་པའི་ཕངས་སེམས་ཀྱིས།།
སྙིང་གི་འཕར་སྒྲ་སྙིམ་པས་མ་ཁོག་ནས།།
གདུང་འབོད་འདི་ཀོ་ཕྱི་རུ་ཤོར་ནས་ཐལ།།

རྒྱ་བོད་གཞུང་ཆེན་དུ་མའི་སྦུགས་མཛོད་ནང།།
མི་རྟག་སྒྱུ་མའི་ངང་ཚུལ་འཛུམ་པ་ལས།།
འདིར་སྣང་ཀུན་རྫོབ་སྒྱུ་མའི་བསླུ་བྲིད་ལ།།
ཞེ་བློ་གཏིང་ནས་མུག་པར་གྱུར་ན་ཡང་།།

ཨོ་ཤོ་མཁས་པའི་ལྟ་གྲུབ་དེབ་ཐེར་ན།།
མི་རྟག་ཁེ་ཕན་གསུང་པའི་ལེགས་བཤད་འདིས།།༼མི་རྟག་པ་ཡིན་པས་སྐད་ཅིག་རེ་རེ་ནས་རང་ཉིད་མི་གསར་པ་ཞིག་བྱེད་པའི་དུས་སྐབས་ཡོད།༽
འདས་དོན་བསྐྱར་ལོག་ཐུབ་པ་མི་འདུག་ཀྱང་།།
མ་འོངས་རེ་ཞགས་འཆིང་བའི་སྙིང་སྟོབས་སྟེར།།

ཞག་དང་ཟླ་བའི་བང་གྱི་འགྲན་བསྡུར་ཁྲོད།།
ལོ་ཡི་འཁོར་ལོ་ཡུད་ཀྱིས་འཁོར་བ་ལས།།
ཕྱིར་བལྟས་སློག་ན་ཡོད་ཚད་སྟོང་ལྷང་ལྷང་།།
མདུན་དུ་བལྟ་ན་ཐམས་ཅད་ནག་ལྷག་ལྷག །

དེང་རབས་ཤོག་སྦག་འགད་པའི་སྐད་སྒྲ་དང་།།
དཀར་དམར་ཚོན་མདོག་སྤྲ་བའི་འཕྲུལ་སྣང་གིས།།
སྐྱིད་པའི་སྣང་ལ་དགུང་ལ་བཏེགས་པ་ཡི།།
བྱིས་པ་འདི་ཚོ་ཡིན་ན་སྐྱིད་པ་ལ།།

བེ་རི་སྨྱོན་པའི་མགོ་སྐོར་བསླུ་བྲིད་འོག།།
དེབ་སྨྱུག་གྲོགས་སུ་བསྟེན་པའི་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་འདིས།།
གཞོན་སྐྱེས་ཡིན་ཡང་གཞོན་པའི་འདུ་ཤེས་འཕྲོག།།

Me & my Life

I came to this world in uncertain date,but my friends told me that i was born in around December of 1986 and i fixed my birth day on 30th December Tibet. i didn't get any opportunity to study anything in Tibet and fled to India in 1994. I entered in Loseling Monastery and started learn KA KHA and ABCD from the Loseling school. As the time passes my school life was over and i was out of school without any knowledge. I realized to study hard to move forward in my life. so, i tried to study in many fields like, Philosophy and Literature, History, Grammar and Buddhism and so on. as the result of those struggles, i wrote two poetry books and one history book, one book based on Buddhist Philosophy, one translation book so far. Now, I am in second year of Middle Approach(Madyamika)in Loseling University and student of Sarah Tibetan college for higher Tibetan Literature. Many things to study, But life is too short, so, i can't touch everything, but, catch one thing firmly. thanks!
